Our products are unique, handmade collectibles. Slight imperfections of size and stone color are a part of our designs. Expect some variations. We stand behind our jewelry. All jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. Any jewelry that is defective may be returned for complimentary repair. We will return the jewelry at our expense. If the jewelry is not defective but in need of repair, we offer a fee based repair service. Please contact us for details.  If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company. All returns must be prepaid, insured and shipped via a major carrier, shipping and packaging fees will not be refunded. Any unauthorized return will be refused. Please contact us for a return authorization number before you ship any package to us.
